Team 26 Performance is for anyone and everyone If you’re want to improve your endurance and fulfil your potential. If you’re a beginner or a seasoned endurance athlete, we have the knowledge, expertise and experience to coach your to your best. Of course, we take pride in what we do and really want you to perform at your best, so therefore we will only work with athletes who truly want to become the best version of themselves!

After an initial consultation, we create a custom training plan based on your goals, experience, and lifestyle. This is typically prescribed on a weekly basis and is periodised to ensure you’re at your best come race day.
You’ll receive your plan via TrainingPeaks, and we’ll provide ongoing support, session feedback, and adjustments as needed.

Coaching is all about communication. You cannot be coached without it. There are different levels of communication based on which service you opt for. For 1:1 and premium 1:1 athletes, you can communicate with your coach via WhatsApp, calls, video calls on a regular basis. We like to build strong relationship with all of our athletes and communicating with them is the most enjoyable part!

Absolutely!
Regardless of where you are in the world, we can work together on structuring some races so you have something to aim for! Also, you don’t need to have entered races to be coached, we can start working on developing you as an athlete before we even think about racing or events - if that’s the approach you wish to take.

We only provide nutrition guidance - we do not offer nutrition plans! We can offer guidance on sport nutrition products, fuelling for training and racing. But please note, our coaching packages do not include 360 nutritional support. HOWEVER, for athletes wishing to have this support, we have partnered with Total Endurance Nutrition who can provide personalised meal plans based on your individual fuelling needs!

We work solely with endurance based athletes:
Triathletes - from sprint right through to full distance
Runners - 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon and Ultra Marathon
Cyclist - those who want to complete long distance sportives or audax events
Hyrox athletes - with a particular focus on their running ability

No! We work with all abilities, from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Your plan will be tailored to your current fitness level and goals.

Yes, but we’ll guide you through setting up a free or premium TrainingPeaks account, depending on your needs.

There is no minimum commitment, however, to encourage athletes to begin coaching well in advance of any races they have entered or wishing to enter to allow enough time to make meaningful progress. We encourage athletes to allow us to coach them for a season. We’re absolutely confident we will get the best out of you! (providing your do the training of course!)
